One of the main reasons we decided to use PROEBIZ was because, unlike other solutions on the market, it has great flexibility in its settings and can be tailored to one’s needs, along with an extensive portfolio of additional assistance services, such as local support, both technical and professional. Support for particular orders in the national languages of several countries in Europe is a huge benefit for us, because we carry out the procurement of raw materials, supplies and services for all AGC Group plants in the Czech Republic, Poland and the Slovak Republic. After a few years, when the system had in our view proved to be a comprehensive procurement tool, PROEBIZ began to be used by other members of the AGC Group in Western Europe. Gradually we began to successfully use other types of eAuctions, especially the NIPPON and Enquiries modules, which proved to be especially effective as a solution for the procurement of lower value requirements.

In the time we have been using PROEBIZ, we have come to see some clear advantages. Among them are not only savings, which over the long-term are 15-20 % of investment costs, but also the transparency of the whole process and less paperwork.
